The gap between the outperforming organizations & the rest is only widening. Notwithstanding the fact that the business leaders & policy makers would have acted upon swiftly to carve out recovery plans, but for many the respite is not in site. If price still becomes the only differentiator of a product/service for the company, its time they should assess their internal flow to identify what is blocking them from creating value for its customers.

Pandemic is a disruption, a major one at that. Nature too faces many disruptions of different magnitudes, but the constituents of nature rarely never rebound back. There is a lesson here.

Nature nurtures its constituents by providing the necessary condition for its survival and growth; the symbiotic relationship between these constituents is akin to the ecosystem that any organization exists in, but the standard operating procedures more often than not lack the characteristics of how natural it should be. Thus the existence of Red Ocean.

The Blue Ocean Reset

Amidst the competition chaos, Is it possible for any company to achieve value delivery for its customers at a lower cost on a sustainable basis?

Is it possible to acquire a decisive competitive edge which is difficult to replicate by others?

Are following old fundamentals of supply chain no longer bearing fruits unless there is a high level of technology intervention?

Is there a way around the various conflicts businesses faces everyday & vicious cycles the organizations are trapped into?

Answer indeed lies in the way the natures law of ecosystem inclusivity demonstrates around us. To a great extent it is worthwhile to go back to the basics, achieve that reset & restore harmony as nature would do.

Blue Ocean Consulting strongly believes that every organization can rise to its full potential and beyond, and find its blue ocean supporting a large ecosystem.
